I loved the italian inspiration in this wedding. The wine cork escort holders. The grapes hanging from the chairs. The purple and green filled bouquet. The wine bottle centerpieces. The table names were all named after cities in Italy they intended to visit on their honeymoon! And of course the gelato.
I started the day off with Mindy and her girls getting ready in her downtown condo and had to grab a quick shot of The Knot Guide to Destination Weddings for her. After all, not too long ago, they had been considering an Italy wedding. And the charm, what a great idea by the way, that had all 5 college friends initials on it and a charm for each wedding that it had been worn at. The girls would wear it pinned to their garters and then add a charm that was meaningful to them before passing it on to the next friend to get engaged. I loved that idea!
