This, right here….this….is our passion. Telling a story. Telling your story.
What an amazing way to document a once in a lifetime moment. It started with a phone call at 1:30 am. I rushed to get my camera together, found a magazine to keep me company during the down time, and grabbed a Pepsi for a caffeine kick. After rushing out the door, ready to go, the garage door decided to FAIL! An hour later, I was out the door and on my way.
I wasn’t worried. I was with Michelle + Joe when their first, David, was born after 20 hours of labor, and they had just left for the hospital an hour prior to me. I wouldn’t miss anything, right? Wrong. I arrived one hour after they checked into the hospital, and Bianca Nicole was already born, after only 45 minutes of labor. I arrived 7 minutes late, but I was able to get some amazing photographs, regardless.
Whether you choose to have the entire birth photographed or just a first 24 hour session, it’s a great way to capture the amazing-ness of what just happened, without having to feel intimidated or weird. About two weeks after Bianca was born, Zach and I visited Michelle + Joe at their home for a newborn session + birth story interview. This has been what’s keeping Zach up at night over the past two weeks, a new-found passion! Video + photos + audio. The perfect way to document your life, your moments, your everyday. Who would not want this?
Whether it’s to document the big moments in your life… the birth of a baby, your wedding day…or to document your everyday experiences. There is no better way to capture the little voice of your two year old, the sound of your groom’s voice while he attempts to hold back his tears, or the sound of your kids playing and laughing. We are so excited for this new venture in our business. Here, you can see our very first awesome video. A birth story. A story from mom + dad.

Awesome work, you 2! Births are amazing, and hey, I missed my last one by 20 minutes. You just never know!
Again, great work!
